Advaita & Gita to overpower inner enemy – The fear of consequence & outcome.   As humans, our biggest enemy is fear. We all experience it, and it can hold us back from taking action.

But if we peel back the layers, we find that it’s actually the fear of consequences that stops us from doing what we know is right.   That’s where the teachings of Advaita and Gita can be so powerful. These ancient philosophies offer guidance on how to overcome our inner enemies, including fear. By learning to detach ourselves from the outcomes of our actions, we can find the courage to do what’s right, even when it’s difficult or uncomfortable.   As we navigate through our careers, it’s easy to get caught up in the end result and forget about the journey.

But as the Bhagvath Gita Chapter 2, Verse: 47 reminds us, “You have the right to work only, and not to the fruits of work.” In other words, focus on the process rather than the outcome.   The second part of the verse advises us to “Let not the fruit of action be your motive, nor let your attachment be to inaction.” It’s a reminder to detach ourselves from the end result and instead focus on the action itself. When we let go of our attachment to the outcome, we can fully immerse ourselves in the present moment and enjoy the process.

Whether it’s a big project at work or a personal goal, remember that the journey is just as important as the destination. Keep this verse in mind and approach your work with detachment and presence. Advaita Vedanta and Gita, the emphasis is placed on inner transformation and staying present. The process and effort invested are just as important as the end result. Let’s focus on being present and enjoying the journey towards our goals. So if you’re struggling with fear and uncertainty, I encourage you to explore the wisdom of Advaita and Gita.

It just might help you find the strength you need to overcome your inner obstacles and achieve your goals. ….HappyLeading – Celebrate Life saravanavasan.ks@happyleading.com  #AdvaitaVedanta #Gita #mindfulness
